ARTi Community Guidelines
ARTi is a creative and educational space for curious minds aged 13 and up. These Guidelines exist to keep it safe, inspiring, and fun for everyone. By using ARTi you agree to follow them, alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
What ARTi is for
A place to learn, create, and share. You can generate images, infographics, videos, games, fun facts, reflections, and quizzes — and explore what others create. The best content on ARTi is creative, curious, and respectful.
What's allowed
- Original content you create using ARTi's tools.
- Educational topics, including difficult historical events, science, culture, and current events — presented thoughtfully.
- Creative expression, art, and storytelling.
- Engaging with other users' content through likes, super-likes, and comments.
- Asking questions, sharing opinions, and exploring ideas.
What's not allowed
Sexual content
No sexually explicit material, nudity, or content that sexualizes any person — including minors. Sexual content involving minors is reported to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
Violence and harm
No graphic violence, gore, or content that glorifies or encourages harm to people or animals. Historical or educational content that references violence (e.g., wars, conflicts) is allowed when presented thoughtfully and without glorification.
Self-harm and suicide
No content promoting, glorifying, or instructing self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders. If you or someone you know is in crisis, please reach out to a local crisis line.
Harassment and bullying
No targeting, insulting, or intimidating other users. No content designed to humiliate, shame, or exclude.
Hate speech
No content that attacks or dehumanizes people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
Personal information
Do not share your own or anyone else's personal information — phone numbers, addresses, social handles, school names, or any details that could identify someone in real life.
Spam and manipulation
No repetitive, misleading, or manipulative content. No bots or automated activity.
Impersonation
Do not pretend to be another user, a real person, or an ARTi team member.
Illegal content
No content that facilitates illegal activity of any kind, including the sale of regulated goods.
Copyright and IP
Do not post content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights. See our DMCA policy.
AI-generated content
ARTi uses AI to help you create. Remember:
- You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you publish.
- AI can make mistakes — always think critically about what it produces.
- The same content rules apply to AI-generated content as to anything else you post.
- AI output may inadvertently reproduce protected material; if it does, it can be subject to a copyright claim.
Moderation
We use a combination of automated systems and human review to keep ARTi safe.
- Content that may violate these Guidelines is automatically flagged for review.
- Our team reviews flagged content and takes action when needed.
- Actions may include removing content, issuing a warning, suspending an account, or permanent termination.
- We aim to act on high-risk reports within 24 hours and on general reports within 72 hours.
- Cases involving immediate risk to a minor are prioritized and acted on within 2 hours, with escalation to law enforcement and NCMEC where appropriate.
Reporting
Long-press on any post, comment, or profile and select Report. Categories include:
- Inappropriate content — content that violates these Guidelines.
- Harassment — targeting or bullying you or someone else.
- Spam — repetitive or misleading content.
- Copyright — content that infringes your copyright (we will route this to our DMCA process).
Every report is reviewed. Thank you for helping keep ARTi safe.
When we remove content
If your content is removed, we will tell you why and how to appeal.
- For Guideline violations, write to support@arti.social within 30 days. Include your username and a description of the content. We respond within 5 business days.
- For copyright removals, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@arti.social. See the DMCA page for the required content of a counter-notice.
Consequences
Depending on the severity and frequency of violations we may:
- Remove the content.
- Issue a warning.
- Temporarily suspend your account.
- Permanently terminate your account.
Severe violations — especially those involving minors, doxxing, credible threats, hate speech, or repeated copyright infringement — may result in permanent termination without prior warning.
